My husband is doing K3 for me. But i saw only I-130 touched this week 3 times : on sept 4,6,8 -2009.

So is it ok ? i check online but it is still pending, not approval yet.

I know i went wrong box, but im from vietnam and just want to know how your case processing at vietnam,thanks !

IR1 - processed from 02/12/2008 to 12/08/2009

INTERVIEW : JAN 21-2010- GOT PINK

VISA IN HAND : FEB 4,2010

MOVED TO USA : FEB 6,2010

10 YEARS GC IN HAND : MARCH 13,2010

keep checking the USCIS site to see if you get more touch or change of status on case...
