So I'm preparing everything to send out AOS for my mother and father. I have a feeling I forget something, could you guys please check it. Thnx.

-I-864 x2

-I-864A (signed by my husband)x2

-Copy of most recent tax return x2

-Copy of all W-2s x2

-Photocopy of husband's name change court order (name different on tax returns)

I do not include tax returns for the past three years since in I 864 instructions they say include it only if I think they would help to establish income (they won't, he earns less now plus we moved from different state although one of the employers is the same). Or should I include it anyway?

-Employment verification for husband x2

-Pay stubs for the last 6 months x2

-Certified copy (from the issuing institution) for asset 1 x2

-Translation of certified copy (by me) x2

-Certified copy of asset 2 x2

-Translation of certified copy (by me) x2

-Appraisal for asset 1 x2

-Appraisal for asset 2 x 2

-Translation of appraisal 1 x2

-translation for appraisal 2 x2
