The whole thing has hit E ticket levels. Trying to make sure everything is gathered together. How is everyone else doing with their preparations ?

I think we are good to go with all our documentation, photo's, affidavit of support, etc., my real concern right now though is I sent all this information in a box 3 1/2 weeks ago and my fiance still has not received it. I sent it by USPS, have never had any problems with mail being delivered before. I sent a photo album in a separate mailing, the same day, and he received that on Wed.

I'm sure I'm not the only one stressed out here.

USPS SUCCKS AND THEY CHARGE YOU TO PICK UP PACKAGES ESPECIALLY IN NIGERIA...NEVER USE THEM ANYMORE..ALL LIARS. FEDEX IS WHERE TO GO..THOUGH IT IS EXPENSIVE BUT IT WORTH IT

Gees, we are still waiting for interview day o, Ben Obi also signed for our pkg 9/18 and I called NVC yesterday to see if they have anything updated in their system, it's 2 weeks tomorrow.... Do we just wait????????.

I wanted to also find out if they send you a postal mail with pkg 3/requirements or they email you?

They will email you and attach the documents needed. I don't know if they will email your SO cos mine didn't get any email but i will advice you tell your SO to go for his medicals immediately, he does not need any letter from the embassy for that because all the paperwork he needs for it will be given to him at the hospital, he just needs to bring his passport and passport photographs, the nurses at the hospital will fill out the necessary paperwork when he gets there.

So basically you have to have an interview date/ letter before you can get the medical done? or you can print the form(s) off the line and go for the medicals while you wait for your interview date?

Which one guys??....i,m still waiting for an interview date.

You don't need the interview letter to have your medicals done, download the forms and take them to Kamorass Hospital, they will take your bloodwork, vaccinations and then give you an appointment for the results and physical exams which might be two weeks later. So i will suggest go for the medicals but try emailing the embassy to see if they have set your interview date. Hope this helps.

I was told to wait for the letter first before going to do the medicals because I think they send the results to them directly don't they?
