Hello VJ it's been a while but I've been so busy being married :o))

My timeline has been all over the place with adjudication dates changing all the time. For instance originally I was supposed to receive my work permit 3 weeks ago and the dates keep skipping forward ... which is fine because then I would expect it the following week. Now it has bounced back to August 29 ?? Can anyone tell me how I'm supposed to understand that? I am baffled. Any ideas or facts would be good... thanks guys.
