Not sure what to put on line 7. They are asking for type of business and name of concern. Now on the forms seen people have filled out. Type of business people are putting there job title. As for name of concern its the compeny name. The big question is what compeny would i put as work contract from one compeny to other one. Sorry if this is a hard read havent been getting any sleep...

Delane,

Type of business and job title are often two very different things.

What company issues your paycheck (or contracts with ADP to have them issue your paycheck).

Delane,

Sure, if there's a market for them so that they can be disposed of quickly should one need the cash.

(There might be a practical problem with cars, though. In some areas of the USA having a car is virtually a necessity - if one's financial situation is so marginal that the value of their car would make the difference the situation might not be approvable anyway.)

If it was normal cars I would agree. Was thinking of adding the show/race cars to the list and not the daily drivers. The boat is also a HUGE ticket item.

Delane,

Those things should work fine. But again, you'll want to use market value for a reasonably quick sale. Some things can be sold quickly for full value but others have only a limited audience and may require a deep discount to sell quickly.

An observation - in general, people who can afford show cars and large boats have more than sufficient income and have no need to reveal and document such assets. If they didn't have the income, they wouldn't be able to buy and support such toys. An affidavit of support showing a sub-poverty level income and a millionaire's assets is likely to generate some questions.
