Just wondered if anyone could help me??

I'm getting ready to send in packet 3, think i have everything ds-230 part one, ds-156 x 2, ds 156k and my iv-15 checklist, just confused which ones you sign and which ones you send in duplicate??? have read so many different things on different websites hope you guys can help, thanks

Did you look at your instruction page from the Embassy? http://www.usembassy.org.uk/cons_new/visa/iv/iv_15.html

It says in two places Forms DS-156, DS-156K and DS-157 must be completed in duplicate. So the DS230-I isn't duplicated.

The forms:

DS230 part 1 (first two pages) has no place to sign.

DS156-The online form that generates a barcode. There is a place to sign after you print it saying you gave correct answers.

DS157- No place to sign

DS 156K- Has a place to sign but says DO NOT WRITE BELOW THIS LINE. If you read that, you are swearing an oath and the consular officer will witness it and sign too. So you must sign that one at the consulate in front of the CO.

Page 2 of the DS-230 does have a place to sign at the bottom.
