Hello all,

On the G-325A there is the statement "This form is summited in conection with application for:

Naturalization

Status as Permanment Resident

and

Other

My question is since the application is to Adjust Status, should the box Other be checked with Adjustment of Status written in?

I don't think we are at the Permanent Resident stage yet and certainly not gong for naturaliztion.

Also on the I-485 Below the I-94# spot there is a place to put a date for expiration of something.

I know the 90 day expiration date, but in her Philippine pasport there is a visa page with a expiration date in October. I think I have to put the 90 day expiration date. but I am not sure after seeing the other date.

1. It says, this form is submitted in connection with the application as: check "status as permanent resident"

2. In I-485 it ask the expiration date of your I-94 card.

Good luck!
