I-131 am i applying for advance parole?

Hello VJ'yers,

I'm totally confused filling out I-131.

1. For me as a K-1 holder it should be advance parole or Re-entry permit?

2. Does anybody have examples or step by step guides of filling out this form for " K-1 " situation?

You can not apply for I-131 for a K1 visa... You can apply for I-131 along with I-485 and I-864 and EAD. If you are applying to adjust your status then you are applying for advanced parole.

You can not apply for I-131 for a K1 visa... You can apply for I-131 along with I-485 and I-864 and EAD. If you are applying to adjust your status then you are applying for advanced parole.
