i want send another I864

I MARRIED MY FIANCE LAST MARTCH AND WE SENT AN I485 (AOS) AND OF COURSE AN I864 (SUPPORT) BUT LAST MONTH WE HAD SOME PROBLEMS AND I FILED PAPER WORK FOR DIVORCE AND WENT TO THE USCIS OFICECLOSE TO ME AND I TOLD THEM I I WANT WITHRAW THE I864 AND I GAVE THEM A LETTER WIT THE DIVORCE'S PAPER WORK.NOW I FELT I DID A MISTAKE AND I WANT FIXE THINGS .WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY DIVORCE TILLE NOW. BUT CAN I SEND ANOTHER I864? I NEED HELP.THANK YOU

Well you're probably going to have to go back to the office to see where things stand with the I-485 - the I-864 may not be the only thing cancelled....

HI everybody. I went to uscis office with my wife(infopass) , my wife wrote a letter showing that she regret the withdrawal (i864) she did and that we are still together and that we are working on our marriage with good faith and intentions.they told us that they didn't send the withdrawal to calfornia but they request my case from CSC (california) and all we need to do is waiting they said that CSC won't take any decision they will only send to that office( PORTLAND MAINE) they told us that they had cases like ours it won't be a prob. they took that letter and they put it with that withdrawal my wife did before they was nice and it was nice talking to them. when we left we contacted a lawyer(immigration lawyer) we talked to him about things he said that we need to be prepared for an interview together he said that the office need to be sur that your still together and that things is okay. so what do you think about that step and my case. thank you for you help.
