i filled out the appointment request form for the medical in vancouver but I have a question.. at the bottom of the form it says "We will contact you within 72 hours with your appointment date.

Please do not send this form twice or contact us for confirmation until 72 hours have passed" .

Does that mean I won't know for sure that I have my appointment on the day that i want it until 3 days prior?

From the wording, it sounds like they will let you know the appointment date within 3 days of you submitting your request for an apt. If you go 3 days without hearing from them, contact them again.

My medical was in Toronto so someone who had the medical in Vancouver can offer you more help.

No, it means they will contact you within 3 days of you submitting your request

They'll let you know in 72 hours after submitting your request. However, Laura is really good and will probably get back to you either tonight or tomorrow. I have received e-mails back from her at 8:30PM CST
