HI everybody,

I'm from Vietnam and my fiance is in FL, USA. I was denied and my paperwork returned on August 2008. We still contact until December and he was so busy with his work and we didn't talk much any more. Till July, he got a letter from Uscis which is said that our case has been in process. I don't know why it can happen cuz I think it expired (we just engaged). Now I'm waiting for a letter from the Uscis which will guide me what to do.

Does any one have a problem like me? Can I get any advice from you?

Thanks for all concern.

Just because HCMC send the file back to USCIS does not mean its over.. they review it at some pont after that.. the letter is likely stating that they have the file and it is under review...
