Hi there. I am new to VJ so please can anyone help me? MY question is. My husband got the I-797C for I-130 just today and we are wondering if we can send the I-129F even though the I-130 has not been approved yet. Or do we have to wait for the NOA1 for the I-130 saying that it is already been approved? Please can anyone help me? I don't know what to do next. What's the difference between transfer notice and notice of action? is is the same or what? thank you pls reply to me asap I will appreciate it very much.. God bless..

Sounds like you got the NOA1 which is what you need to submit the I-129f. The approval on the I-130 is the NOA2 which you probably will not get for a few months.
