My sister,(USC), petitioned our SIXTEEN YEAR OLD sister. The I130 was approved. Sisters priority date is, April 12, 2004.

The embassy is Manila, Philippines.

HOW LONG TILL SHE GETS AN INTERVIEW???

They are issuing visa numbers to people with a priority date of 08 Sept 1986 who are from the Philippines. So she has a very long wait ahead of her, about 23 years until a visa number is available and she then gets a interview.

They are issuing visa numbers to people with a priority date of 08 Sept 1986 who are from the Philippines. So she has a very long wait ahead of her, about 23 years until a visa number is available and she then gets a interview.

Unfortunately, it takes about 23 years for a USC to petition for a sibling from the Philippines. So, your sister has about another 18 years before an interview will be scheduled for her.
