Last month, I was sick for 2 weeks. I have never been that sick before, I think it was the piggy flu. My son had it two, high fever for two days and the sniffles and he was fine again while I was really groggy. Vitamins helped a lot and lots of fluids.

Vitamin D3 in high doses helps a lot against viral colds of all sorts (including the flu!). Get well soon.

Once you feel a cold coming, go and see a doctor and stay at home, so you don't spread it around! It can be dangerous to some people with weak immune system.

I know all about people with weakened immune systems. My ex-wife has Systemic Lupus, and being a fatal disease, she constantly must monitor herself and guard herself from sick people. As for myself, my symptoms are clearing up. I feel myself getting stronger, the cough has gone away, and I'll be "El Chico del Mundo" soon! :dance: :dance: :dance:
