good day

i just want to ask to all who finished crba.the embassy is asking for additional requirements for proof of physical presence in US for 1 year prior 2003...

so if i understand we have to submit proof 2002 and below...just 1 year?

i have here my fiance scan income tax return 1040 year 2001,ss earning statement,life insurance policy signed 2001,school record for year 1988,certificate of attendance for school year 1988.are this docs all fine...i believe they only ask for 1 year coz ive already prove the 4 years im praying all this docs are all fine because we have to go to us as asap because my visa will expire.

the CO said just provide the one more year prior 2003 and they will issue the passport. is my baby already approve?

pls help me ive been praying and crying for couple of weeks regarding this..i hope and i pray my baby will grant his citizenship..i knw God will make a way...

does scan (emailed)document such as tax return 1040 will be fine?

Best to have your man get tax transcript for 2002 and scan or fax it to you. USEM accepts fas and scanned transcripts.

Have him call 1 800 829-1040. IRS will fax it to him the same day if he calls during business hours. NO fee.

They will snail mail it also if he doesn't have a fax. Takes about 4 or 5 days.

His school transcripts shoud be acceptable as long as they are certified copies. Was your fiance in the military? If so copies of his DD-214 discharge papers will work as well. That's what I used. We just did the CRBA back in June. Good luck. Mike
