gusto ko lang sana humingi ng tulong..

need ko kz ng affidavit of parentage..pls kung sino man ang meh alm ng direct site pls pahingi ako..

Can't understand most of what you wrote but,apparently my 20 year old fiancee needs a "parental consent" before she can marry. I typed up an affidavit on microsoft word that she and her parents can sign and have notarized. I'm not sure if thats what your asking but hope i helped.
