Hello guys August is just around the corner now. :star: I know most of you are already done with the medical exams, CFO stamps and so forth. I know you guys are all excited that our Journey is almost done. It's been along journey for us and the hardest part is being away from our love ones. But we all know that's just a temporary separation. Soon we will be united with our love ones for good. :yes: I am very excited myself, :dance: i will be leaving for the Philippines in two weeks to be with my wife for her interview which is set on the 13th of August.. Good luck and God Bless to everyone and lets go get those PINK SLIPS :star:

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

We mailed RFE JULY 23 (overnight) i called NVC today and still not in the system. Waiting to hear good news this week..I hope!

And the sad part is, a friend of mine who was petitioned by his parents, Case complete last July 8, got a SEPTEMBER 22 interview...waaaaahhhh..does this mean that I'lljust quit hoping for September Interview? :crying: seriously,im really really sad right now....

but sometimes, this waiting thing makes me tired..and makes me lose hope sometimes....Yeah, if GOD permits, I can have an early September Interview.. :thumbs:

i know exactly how u feel, waiting is hard thing to do, the time does not pass when u r waiting and if u r having fun it flies.lol.

I agree with Abby, don't lose hope.. Tell you what we sent our RFE checklist around the 3rd week of June. I was expecting to get a late August interview but the Good Lord gave us an early August interview instead. So keep your chin up and have Faith :innocent: .. Will pray for ya! :thumbs:

03/11/09- DHL arrived at NVC- 2009-03-09, DS-3032 E-Mail accepted

03/15/09-Paid I-864 Bill, Receive I-864 Package

03/16/09 -IV Bill generated

03/16/09- Received IV Bill

03/17/2009-Paid IV Bill

05/10/09- Returned Completed I-864

5/18/09- RFE received for DS230/ Sent response through DHL from PI

05/20-05/21/09- Early medical- passed

5/22/09- RFE received for AOS package (wooo..grr))

5/27/09- AOS response overnight to NVC

5/28/09- NVC received checklist (Ds230) as per AVR/ under REVIEW

6/02/09- I-1864 RFE was entered into the system- Review begins

6/05/09- NVC website log-in failed
