Filling out G-325A, Biographic information, space problem

Hello.

I'm filling out G-325, Biographic Information, for I-130 as a part of AOS filing.

I've typed the information on the form on my pc but it just doesn't look right. Please help!

There is a section where I write the last 5 years of my residence. I have to write the address and the period of time including month and year.

When I type, for example, "2009" in "Year", it shows a small icon that looks like "+", indicating that the space is too small for what I typed. But it's asking what year so it should give me enough space to type 4 digits. As for "month", I could write the month in number or alphabet so I could manage to fit the month.

Did anyone experience this? How can I type 4 digits in "year" section? or am I supposed to type the last 2 digits, like 09? Am I better off just handwriting that part? I looked around but I didn't find anywhere to change the format (Well I'm not supposed to obviously). The only thing I could do was to get rid of this "+" icon. However, even if "+" dissapears, last digit, 9, gets cut a little.

It is a common 'problem.'

You could abbreviate the year as '09' or leave it blank and hand-write the year in once you've printed the form. (we did the latter)

Yes, you can do either. I had similar problem with writing some stuff where I ran out of space and entered it manually.
