Hi,

I sent out June 30. I didn't include two photos and green card photo copy. USCIS didn't return my application. I've got fingerprint app date. Should I bring photos and Green Dar photo copy with me to fingerprint appointment?

I guess it will add delay to my application process. Will it affect whole process? I mean, can they deny application?

It is strange that USCIS didn't return my application right after they got it...

You should expect to receive an RFE. Bringing the missing items to your biometrics appointment won't do any good.

Think they just cash the check and run away with it, leaving the process to your assigned field office. From experience we went over the N-400 again making changes, you know, those questions that can be answered ten different ways, left the date alone, printed it out and signed it, no problems with that. And also brought in additional evidence we gathered with copies, no problem with that either at the interview. This will give you additional time to review your application and double check your evidence to avoid delays. Oh, and don't forget to study for your civics test.

I know on the I-751 NOA it said you could send additional information to a particular address. If that is also listed on your N-400 NOA, I would suggest sending in the photos and a copy of the green card, and also make sure you take those items with you to your interview.

Good luck!
