Hello all,

I have heard that some people get a letter from there Congressman on behalf for their spouse. What exactly does the letter have to say are what do i even need to ask for. My sister is good friend with a lady that works for our congressman and i was hoping that i could maybe get a letter written but im not even sure what the process is. If anyone has ever had this done i would love for ya to share info with me. Thank you very much and good luck to everyone getting your loved ones home.

Thanks,

Kristy

Unless there is some extenuating issue. I would reserve that for any problems.... cause,, if all is straight forward it will have no effect on the timeline.

hey u can involve senator only if ur visa is deny for some reason which is not true. like bona fide relation proof and the senator can make the embassy to stop and look again on the case. other than that senator can not do to make ur case quicker or anything like that, abby n sheryl

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg
