Hi everyone!

I have a quick question about the G-325A for the AOS package. My husband came on a K-1 fiance visa and we are putting the AOS together now.

I cannot open the new G-325A (though I could a week ago); when I sometimes can open it from the USCIS website, it is the four page document that is now expired.

Does anyone know if we can submit the new G-325? (not a, just G-325). The form is basically identical.

Also, do I have to fill out a G-325 again (the US citizen) like I did for the I-129F?

Thanks so much!

It is indeed the G-325A (NOT the G-325) - it is not expired (pay no attention to the date you're looking at). It is 4 pages long and is actually the same form you both completed for the initial I-129f petition.

On the top right it says EXP: 5/31/09.

Also, I can't open it on any computer after I open it the first time. It says the file is damaged and there is an error.

Again - the form is the latest and greatest version - not to worry. Bottom right is the form's edition date which is; Form G-325A (Rev. 07/14/06)Y and the instructions portion of the web site says this is the latest edition (the expiration date you're looking at is not the expiration date of the form itself).

As for not being able to open it - works fine for me, perhaps you need to install the latest Adobe Reader or get rid of any temp. internet files and go back and try again.

That's what I thought. But I downloaded the latest version of Adobe and it is still happening where I can't open it more than once.

Also, about a week ago, I downloaded the G-325A from USCIS and it showed up as a single page document with the following info on it:

Expires 06/30/2011; Revised 06/12/2009)

Now, that version is nowhere to be found.

I saw that too - even mentioned it to Ewok, but it appears that may have been an error on USCIS's part - could very well have been a mis-labeled G-325... :::shrug::: not sure - but it is correct now.

Not sure what's happening with your not being able to open the document - could be your browser is acting weird...

GAH! USCIS. The thing is, this has happened on three different computers all with updated Adobe where it won't let me open the G-325A, but it will let me open the G-325, which is also a new version.

And naturally, there is no human I could get through to at USCIS.

Will it let you Right Click and "Save As" (save to your hard drive then open from there?)?

Yes it does! Thank you!

This is the old version, but I'm going to use it because I can't deal with this other ####### of them not updating their stuff!
