Need help with filling AOS forms please

I'm a new member here and so glad to know this forum. (I'm an asian, so sorry for my poor English) I have so many questions about the AOS including filling forms. And let me tell you all my background first then it might be easier for you to help me out.

I was a student came USA by F1 visa, my I-20 and visa both expired. I just married with my husband (asian but born in US) 3 weeks ago. I have one almost 2 years old boy (us. citizen) before marriage. I'm now filling AOS. (with ton of questions)

About I-765

1. I don't quite understand on #16 and #17. I have no idea what to fill out. I've looked on the instruction but still don't see the categories. Does anyone here have any idea what should i have to fill on #16 and #17 for this kind of background?

2. On #15 what kind of status i suppose to fill? Illigle? Or something else nicer?

About I-864

1. Does my husband have to fill out #9 (part 3) if my son is already the us. citizen?

2. #10 (part 3) He's filling number "1", is it correct?

3. #21 (part 5)

- a. he's filling "1", correct?

- c. he's filling "1", correct?

- h. he's filling "2", correct?

4. #23 (part 6) His annual income in 2008 was $19,029, is it too low to be my sponsor if he's now a student?

5. #24 (part 6) b. He filed his niece as an dependent in 2008. Does his niece's name have to be filled out?

6. #25 (part 6) He's been working for only 2 years and half, so he's filed only 2 years (2007, 2008). Does he have any proplem if he has only 2 years tax returns?

7. #27 (part 6) What is it?

8. #28 (part 6) For me?

About G-325A

1. Do I file all these 4 pages the same?

1. I-130 with :

- My husband birth certificate

- Our passport size pictures with the white backgroung (do i need to right our names on the back of them?)

- Copy of marriage license

- A personal check of $355

- Do we need any proof of our relationship attatched such as : picture, joint bank account etc..?

2. I-485 with :

- My passport size picture with the white background.

- Copy of my birth certificate and the translation.

- Copy of my passport and the us. visa.

- Form G-325A, I-864, I-693

- The check of $1,010

3. G-325A with

- Form I-485

4. I-864 with :

- The proof of employment letter.

- The most recent tax return 1040 (he only has for the pass 2 years 07 and 08)

5. I-693

6. I-765 with :

- My 2 passport size pictures with the white background.

And mail all these to

If i'm filling anything wrong could anyone please correct them for me? I'm thinking about to hire the lawyer but we don't have much money, cuz my husband's still in school

Please read the Guides and the Example Forms to help you gain an understanding of what's needed.

From what you have indicated regarding income you will need a co sponsor for the I-864. See form I-864P for the income requirements for a household of 3 (you, your son, and husband).
