The CFO website states that each emigrant needs to pre-register for the seminar 5 days in advance if you are reading the Manila version of the page, If you are reading the CEBU version of the page that is not stated. What I was wondering is, which manila location requires this or is it both? If anyone has any knowledge about this you could set my Abby's mind at ease.

Your fiancee can just go and attend the seminar at the SMEF, the one run by nuns. Look for the executive director, Sr. Ma. Bernadette Guzman, RGS. They are very kind. They have an 8.30, 11.00 and 1.30 schedule/slots. My Angel just walked in.
