Got my NOA2 also,,,same date, July 20 ,2009,,,, GO GO GO CSC.

Loving you sounds a wonderful way to spent a lifetime.

I love that feeling of being in love, the effect of having butterflies when you wake up in the morning. That is special.

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

I agree and really for those sitting and waiting in the Vermount Center right now .... they are really slow right now for some reason ... from what I read however it is usually the other way around ... statistically CSC is the one way behind in comparision to VSC ... so I assume VSC will be kicking it in high gear again soon now that the work visas should all be cleared out.

As to our the frustration of this process though ... we have a lot of March filers registered here that have not received their NOA2 and most of April, yet there have been 8 May approvals already ... only 2 where military expedites from what I gathered ... they really need to make this process flow a little more fairly ... people who sent their papers in March should not be waiting with May approvals out the door already .. doesn't make any sense .. just my vent ...

FYI we are a April filer ... mid April but we didn't get the NOA1 until April 30 ... not sure what day they go by at the CSC .. I know VJ goes by the NOA1 date but I assume the centers do sort by actual received in the mail date .. but who knows .... good luck to all those still waiting and good luck to those moving on.

all i can say is some couples get their NOA2 in less than 2 months ..others in 4 months the most..

whether it was approved on an earlier date or still have to wait longer,,it has special reason that ONLy God knows...so dont give up for those who are waiting..like me....as much as i want to be with my fiance, all i can do for now is pray and trust in HIM so he will facilitate everything...

to ms. pweeetyyy...congrats to u and ur partner..... :thumbs:

05-17-2010 ---- Welcome Notice arrived in mail

06-01-2010 ---- Received Instruction Permit Card from DMV

06-10-2010 ---- 2-yr. GC/PRC arrived today in the mail..SALAMAT PO LORD!

12-12-2010 ---- Got my DMV License
