I am getting ready to get started on the process of applying for a K-1 visa for my fiancee and since this is new to me I have a few questions that I can use help with.

1. I am just starting a new job after being unemployed for almost a year. I have a base month salary and plus my employer has also offered my fiancee a job after she gets here and we get married. He is willing to write a letter to USCIS, or is there a form he needs to fill out with that information?

2. I am getting copies of divorce degrees and I notice on the form G-325 they want when and where marriages had taken place, is the year and city enough or do they want the exact dates?

3. On the form G-325 they also ask for dates of birth of ex-spouses I do not have that information, a couple of them passed away already as well. How do you I provide that information if I do not have it?

We have letters from the pastors of the church I attend stating that I have seeked counseling from him on advice of the marriage and guidance. That he is willing and happy to marry us once she arrives in the U.S. We have photos of my trip there to visit her and family, receipts, boarding pass, passport photo, copies or emails, instant message conversations, text messages, ecards, phone bills and phone card purchases. If there other things that will help or are needed please let me know so I may start getting that information too.

Any assistance or advice will be greatly appreciated as we want the process to go smoothly and prayerfully quickly.

With your employer he will need to provide you a letter on company letterhead that states your expected annual salary, job title and how long you have been working there. This is used as evidence that your expected to make above the 125% poverty line. If your above that line then your good to for your I-134 form which gets submitted to embassy in Manila. Since it sounds like you have not submitted your visa application yet to USCIS you can get that letter from your employer a few months from now when you have an interview date at the embassy.

Exact dates are nice on the former weddings. If not at least month and year. Maybe attach a note that you do not recall the specific date.

With deceased ex's provide all the data you have and a comment that they are deceased. Give the date of death.

The documents that you have to show proof of relationship are all great.

Love forever,

Not sure where you are getting your copies of divorce decrees....but they need to be original or certified copies.
