My bf file I-129F and sent to :

USCIS

California Service Center

P.O. Box 10130

Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-0130

on June 29, 2009 and we just received back our package today (July 19,2009) because apparently our P.O box is incorrect.

We both tried to find the correct address from USCIS website but the address that they give is same with ours. What's actually the correct address for California Service Center?

Hmm... Not sure why it was sent back since that is the exact address in the instructions. I suggest doing another EXPRESS delivery to the same address.

On a slightly different note, I received an NOA from CSC that had the incorrect ZIP CODE. Make sure to double check zip codes from NOA's before mailing.

Instead of the P.O. Box, you might also try the actual building:

USCIS

California Service Center

24000 Avila Road

Laguna Niguel, CA 92677

Write "I-129F ORIGINAL SUBMISSION" on the outside of the envelope.
