My Grand father had putted our file in f3 type visa on 31 august 2001

we had got approved letter that our case had been approved on December 24 2008 and we got a case number also but its 8 months over now but we had not receive data forms from U.S.consulate or anything from consulate so i want to know that when we will receive our data forms or how much time it will take more to come? i m from india from mumbai if u have any website or any detail information please inform me

You will need to give us much more information about where you are at in the process before we could try and answer your question.

1. has the approved I-130 been sent to NVC?

2. has the DS3032 been sent?

3. has the petitioner sent the I-864 (AOS)

4. has DS230 been sent for each person that is getting a visa?
