HI

im about to send my AOS forms off, i rang the USCIS today to check on what forms i needed for my K2 daughter, they said i need to send exactly the same forms that im sending for myself...hmm no where on here does it say what forms (well i havent found them yet lol)

but my question is, the lady told me i need to send in a form I-693 medical vaccination, for both myself and my daughter, i have a copy of my daughters but my medical was sent straight to the embassy in syd after i had the medical and then it was placed in the sealed envelope that i handed over at POE, so now what do i do??

Do i just send the one i have for my daughter and make a note on my cover sheet that it should already be at the USCIS?? and wait to see if they send me a RFE for it?? not quite sure what to do here

please help!!!

Woohooo got my drivers license today 2009-10-13

2009-11-05 Went to change my SSN to my married name but was told it wasnt in the system yet i receive mail from USCIS in my married name

April 15th 2010, received email that my green card is on its way woohooo!!!

April 23rd 2010 received my greencard today
