Waiting for Interview Letter

I am waiting for my interview letter. My NOA date is April 22nd and it's going through the San Francisco office. My biometrics date was May 7. I got a yellow letter around 23rd June but nothing since. I called the USCIS helpline today and spoke to an immigration officer who said that an interview date has not been scheduled yet but that everything is fine and I just need to wait.

I am a bit worried because when I went for my biometrics in May, they refused to take them as I had just had them taken 2 weeks prior for a replacement greencard. They told me I didn't need to have them redone. I am concerned that this might have messed up my application somehow. It seems that nearly everyone who applied in April has an interview letter by now.

I would appreciate any ideas about what to do,

Andrea
