getting more and more confused

looking up case status online getting message of no info with this number

its been months my case was moved to calf from vermont somewhere along the line some of our papers were lost

so we resent everything agian.now I have a new eac # that when i check my status the # is comming up unknown.I called the 1 800 # and talked to the lady she telling me the number is invalid but when I gave her my old eac she says she doesnt see any request from them for additional evidence even though I have the letter in my hand with this # she says is no good.any thoughts the only thing i can think of is there system is backed up but in this case it would have to be backed up 7 weeks is this possible

Not every case becomes available online -even ones that were never lost to begin with. It's not outside the norm.

Did you get the new case number from a NOA1 or a cancelled check? Maybe it's missing a digit somehow (if the 800# can't pull it up).

the 800 # was a no go i called agian there telling me they never requested additional info from me although I have the letter with a reciept # I know they recived my papers i sent them return reciept there claiming the last letter they sent to me was on march 5th telling me my case was moved to calf but i have a letter from june 2 which is a mystery to them somthing is not right

If you have a NOA1 letter from USCIS, then you have a valid case that is pending. The fact that the knob at the 800# couldn't pull it up doesn't mean anything other than they probably didn't type it in correctly. Heck, you could call back and get a different person only to find you're suddenly in the system.

There isn't much they can tell you anyway, other than your case is pending.
