Hi, I am new to this forum. I am sponsoring my mom from a foreign country. I am filling out I-130 form. I live with my husband and two daughters in Arizona, USA.

What should I list in section C-17 of I-130? It is very simple question. Do they want my information or my mom’s information in this section? Thank you for your help.

Thank you very much for your reply. Do you mean I will need to enter my mom's name and her date of birth and country of birth and mom as relationship in this section? I saw a lot of samples for this section, but they listed the petitioner information in section C-17. It is very weird. Any other explanations?

No! You need to put your mom's Husband name and children and their date of birth & country of birth. sorry I made you confused.

Those samples that listed the petitioner in section C-17 if the petitioner is a husband/wife of an alien relative or beneficiary.

Thank you very much for the explanation. Now I got it. It wants all the names and information of the person that related to my mom. You are right, that include me in it.

There is not enough line to enter all my mother's kids. How can I add more lines? Thanks.

write everything in another sheet of paper and attached it. make sure you put on the top of the paper "continuation of part C-17 then your signature and date on the bottom.
