no it won't be an issue at all as long as you're healthy

yes i agree.. as long as ur healthy its fine to go there a week before ur interview..

I-130 NOA1 : 2008-09-08

I-129F Sent :

I-129F NOA1 : 2008-09-23

I-129F RFE(s) : 2009-02-05

RFE Reply(s) : 2009-02-06

I-129F NOA2 : 2009-02-10

G325A sent to USCIS- 2009- 02-05

G325A received by USCIS- 2009- 02-06

I-130 Approval : 2009-02-10

when do u plan to leave? if ure planning to leave by the 1st week of August, u might want to fly with us..

xylide, ang galing mong mangrecuit ah:-) pansin ko lang army husband mo, airforce kay pinay american, navy naman husband ko:-), sige guys update lang ha, laking help talaga itong VJ's sa atin, mapapansin mo din pagdating mo sa embassy yung iba clueless, buti na lang may VJ :star:

bka nga may marinewife dyan para kumpleto tayo:-)

ay naku ganun din husband ko:-)

sa time square 575 lahat PAL nonstop to LAX, dun din ako nagpa ayos ng passport ko nung nagpachange ako ng surname, ok naman dun kasi nakapag pa book na ako sa kanila dati

sa CFO nga pala manghihingi sila ng photocopy ng visa, immigrant's information sheet saka passport ready ka ng mga 5 copies each

Thanks a lot! Don't worry, you'll all make it! Ang galing ng Visa Journey guides eh! =) Above all, prayers talaga the best. :yes:

It's best to go to the embassy earlier than the scheduled time. I arrived there at 6:30am and already had my final interview at 7:30am instead of the scheduled 8:30am slot. So pumasok pa ko sa work around 10:30am and nag-file ng resignation that afternoon.

Prescreener's requirements:

1. Pictures (Wedding pics, etc.)

2. Some e-mails (they did'nt ask for chatlogs)

3. Remittances

4. Telephone Records (I gave my Skype call record/history and my husband's telephone bills)

Prescreener's questions:

1. My name and date of birth

2. Petitioner's name and date of birth

3. When and how did we meet?

4. First time to meet in person?

5. Last time we saw each other?

6. Husband's job? My job?

7. Our Religion?

Consular Officer's questions:

1-7 questions

8. Type of visa? (I reiterated that it is CR-1 and not K-3)

Thanks anyway but I cannot use PAL cuz they don't have a straight flight to my POE which is Texas. I will use Japan & American Airlines sometime on the 3rd/4th wk of August as I need to comply to my company's policy re: 30-day resignation notice.
