Scheduling a (second) interview following paternity results

hey...anyone out there had this problem...my Haitian fiance had his interview (finally!) on May 26th...at which time he was asked to do a paternity test for his daughter who will be coming with him. The doctor told us that he sent the results to the consulate on June 23 and the "consulate would call you". I am certaintly not holding my breath for that call.... So, how do I get a second interview? I have tried to call them for a week, and when I finally got through, they provided no information...
