As I'm sure you all know this is the site to see your progress. I put in ours and it pulls up as received and pending as of March 2, 2009. Where do you see touches? Or would it be on the page and am I still not "touched"

Touches means that the previous status date was changed. You can see it on your portfolio page, fouth column that says Last Updated (mm/dd/yy). It means that somebody is looking on your case. It doesn't necessarily mean that there will be a status change

hello GD21, it happens to everyone , my petition was filed at Vermont too and took more than 7 months and only once did i see case updated changed, until now , when it has been approved ; we know the feeling , it has been 3 weeks now and we have not received a letter yet from NVC, ; well , patience is a virtue , right?

Man, 7 months and now 3 weeks? Wow. I hope the speed up. We're barely over halfway there if that's the case! Good grief. I feel your pain but to quote another saying the more bitter the grapes the sweeter the wine...
