Hi,

I had a late filing for my I-751. I had the green card for 1 year.

How can I travel after the filing? Do I need to make infopass appointment to get a stamp on my passport? Or I should wait for the receipt?

Confused, the initial GC lasts for 2 years so if you filed after 1 year you are about 9 months too early. What am I missing?

Filing an I-751 "late" after having a green card for one year? That makes no sense. We need your timeline.

There is no room in this country for hyphenated Americanism. When I refer to hyphenated Americans, I do not refer to naturalized Americans. Some of the very best Americans I have ever known were naturalized Americans, Americans born abroad. But a hyphenated American is not an American at all . . . .
