My fiance is living in Saudia since a year, but he is from Pakistan originally. So does he needs a police certificate from Saudia and Pakistan, or does he needs it only from Saudia? It is hard to get a police certificate from Pakistan in his case. Any suggestion as to what he could do?

I am going to apply for my fiance to get K1 visa.

I had a question about police certificates. He was born in Pakistan and is a Pakistani citizen, but currently lives in Saudi Arabia. He has been living in Saudi Arabia for more than a year. Does he need police certificate from Pakistan and Saudi Arabia?

Also, its difficult for him to go back to Pakistan. How can he get a Pakistan police certificate by staying in Saudi Arabia?

He would need one from both countries.

any country he has lived in for more than 6 months since he turned 16...he needs a certificate.

It is really not that difficult to get one from pakistan if he has family living here, they can mail the forms and stuff to him.

He does not have any family in Pakistan anymore. I have heard that he has to be physically be ther to get a police certificate. But it is not possible for him to go...what should he do?

Thankyou for your quick reply.
