K1 P3 supplemental no longer used

Just an FYI: The US consulate in Guangzhou, China used to include as part of the P3 packet a "P3 supplemental" that was filled out by the beneficiary and returned. This form is no longer sent out and no longer expected to be used.

This leaves the OF-169 and the DS-230 part I as the two forms to return for K1 P3.

Is this all that is required for packet #3 from Guangzhou? Our P3 was sent out from Guangzhou on June 30th, my fiancee should be receiving the P3 any day now. Also, do you know if Guangzhou will want the I-134 or the new I-864 affidavit of support form?

Thanks,

Keith & Xiang

The P3 itself contains more than what I commented on.. I was only referring to the items to return [ASAP]... It's now down to just two documents.

Consulate in GUZ, K1 P3 contents:

http://guangzhou.usconsulate.gov/kvfaq.html

What documents will be in the instruction packet and appointment packet?

The Instruction packet in Guangzhou includes:

Instruction packet (Packet 3) letter in English

Instruction packet (Packet 3) letter in Chinese

Application for immigrant visa and alien registration (DS-230 part I)

Instructions for immigrant visa applicants (OF-169)

Notice to all nonimmigrant visa applicants (list of CITIC Bank)

Evidence which may be presented to meet the public charge provisions of the law (OF-167)

---

as Yodrak says on Aff. of Support... Your SO should have this for the interview.
