HI,

My fiance and I are making final preparations for interview. A couple of questions: 1) I am confused about this CFO seminar, is the counseling sessions and the issuing of the certificate and stamp all take place in the same building (in manila called "PRISM" building) or does she have to go to two different places? 2) When she goes to DELBROS counter, can she give them address of hotel she is staying at in manila for delivery of her VISA, instead of her home address? This way, she can leave to America directly from Manila, and it will be much faster than if she has to return to San Carlos City. Thanks for all of your help.

3-16-06 received NOA2 in snail mail

3-24-06 received by NVC

assigned case no., sent to manila!

4-4-06 case arrived in manila and awaiting interview date

5/25/06 called NVC and received interview date! August 10, 2006 @ 6:30 am!!!

8/23/06 Visa approved!

9/1/06 enter USA at Detroit, MI

9/8/06 married

10/24/08 birth of 1st daughter - Monika!

I was hoping someone would have anwered your question by now. Even though our interview is not scheduled yet I would like to know to LOL! I'm sure some one will have the answer soon. ;)

Yes! counseling is just easy she will get the certificate & stamp in the same building.(unless something changed) and Yes! she can use her address in manila (hotel) but make sure she will going to inform the interviewer about her address where the visa is going to send out. the same thing she will going to put at Delbros counter if so! Good luck!

yes, the seminar and issuance of certificate takes place in the same building (at least it did back in october 2004). hopefully that hasn't changed. hope you get the visa!

yes..it will be better if you are going to have your cfo after you got your visa because they will be able to assist you from counseling until the stamping of your passport..in this way u dont have to go back there again...u can give the address of the hotel where u will stay but the visa might be delivered after 2 days.....
