Has London accepted my I-130?

I sent out my application for the I-130 for my husband with all supporting documents, they sent back the documents but not the application but there is no letter attached and I did not receive an email regarding this? Does that mean they accepted it or denied it or what? They kept the credit card form payment of £355 as well.

The reason I ask is because last time I tried to send it for DCF they said I need more proof I am living in the UK as a principal resident and so I had to re-send everything with more supporting evidence.

Thanks for the help in advance :) x

Just wait and see if they charge you the $355, if they do, they have accepted it. If not, I am sure that you will hear something from them soon.

Yeah I guess thats all I can do, was wondering if something similar happened to anyone else. We got a letter when I had to provide more proof saying we need proof etc. and the credit card form said VOID on it, this time they took them both and gave us back our documents via the paid envelope we had to send addressed to ourselves. I thought the whole point of that was so they could send the second packet???? I'm worried about it.

Try not to worry. I never had any email or notification till I received an RFE (request for evidence) a month after I'd sent my I-130 in. Sounds like you got an RFE right off the bat for that, before the application was accepted. The only way I knew they'd accepted it was that they taken the amount off my credit card, which was 4 days after I originally sent in my I-130. Is there any way you can check if/when the credit card payment's been taken now? I could go online and check with mine, if you can't do that, maybe you can phone the credit card company and see if the amount's been taken? Once it all starts, it's all systems go, try not to freak out in the meantime (I know, I know, easier said than done) they will get in touch soon enough, try and put the energy into finding what else you need to do and provide.

Good luck.

P.S. I wondered about if I should have sent an extra S.A.E but they're not that tight, they sent out an NOA2 from their own office supplies....lol

Hey thanks for the reply. My husband called the credit company today and they said it takes 4 days until it shows up on the card, we sent it out Monday and got all the documents back today but no credit card form and no applications, just wanting to know if its a go or not. I'm pregnant so we're on a deadline thats why I am so worried. Thanks again :)
