For IR-2 filed I-130 at CSC in March-2009,No NOA2 yet

Timeline

My husband filled petition while he was GC Holder in 2004 for me and my two sons, the younger son is unmarried under 21 years of age as per the USCIS
my husband now USC have filed separate petition for him to California Center and got NOA1 of 20 April,2009. I am wondering almost 2 months passed
his online status do not say anyhting except message in RED INK. While my interview is at Montreal in August-2009.

Can anybody answer how long generally it takes for approval From NOA1 to NOA2 for son unmarried under 21 years of age (IR-2) from California Center,
My Son will be 21 years of age in November-2009.
