Jazak Allah HOPEFUL786,

I appreciate it

take care , will do that !

Usmomo, I remember reading somewhere that when it is the fall season, the flu vaccine is required and the cost is additional to the regular check up cost. On the physician listings, there is one medical center that has an email address, email them and they will respond to you right away. When I had questions I emailed them. Even if you are not going to that medical center, all medical centers follow the same instructions and procedures so it shouldn't matter.

qhayder, I also got an email requesting information of my fiance's family (names and DOB), and a month and a half later we got another email to submit the passport. Insha'Allah I will pray that you will hear good news after this, and for all of you also waiting to hear some good news.

Thanks! I really hope that it happens soon- they kept his passport at the time of t he interview so I hope that it quickens the process a bit rather then submitting it. I will probably send the email regarding the phone numbers, its kind of a random request but whatever- easy enough.

I thought the same thing that it was a random request, especially when all their information was on the forms. Insha'Allah everything will be ok, just give them the information they need and insha'Allah good news will follow through after

All this random information they are asking for must be for the field investigation. Man...things are getting worst after that Christmas plane event.

Usmomo, I was sent 'interview preparation' link in my appointment letter. I found almost all of the medical examination info there.

This is their panel physician list, depending on which city you are in, you can contact them and confirm. These physicians are there because only they know all the requirements. You should call the one you are planning to go to and get all the information.

http://travel.state.gov/pdf/medical/ISL-ME...L-0001-0907.pdf

and on this link they explain about vaccinations.

http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3745.html

What vaccinations are required?

The following vaccinations are required for immigration purposes:

Hepatitis A

Hepatitis B

Influenza

Influenza type b (Hib)

Measles

Meningococcal

Mumps

Penumococcal

Pertussis

Polio

Rotavirus

Rubella

Tetanus and diphtheria toxoids

Varicella

Another Question I am wondering about if anyone travelled to US after that Xmas plane event mean to say after the Pakistan's name is under special screening ? i heard that there is strip screening under that specail screening thats simply ridicilous
