Yes, we asked and atleast they told us that case is in washington but they did not tell us anything else. I think does not matter how many times you call them in a day when they complete it thats when they will tell us some thing so its just test of patience. :(

I have a question... can I contact DOS to find out if an interview date has been set? Would ISL be able to notify them, or no?

Hopeful786, You need to call NVC for interview date not DOS number which is for AP. NVC number is 603-334-0700.

Definately K1 still goes through NVC, however they don't do any work with it, except forward it to the USEM.

You can call NVC and see what they have to say, if they have forwarded your case to the USEM then you have to wait till you hear from them, of course no harm in trying to call them.

ALI555- I am sure there are more people going through ISL who have been put on AP - Find a way to find them man.

Feisal, You are right there will be many people going through AP right now but only way to get to this forum thread is if they look for it we can not find them. I think best way is when people communicate with each other and find out about forum. I guess your interview is coming up too. Good Luck man
