:o Yes, before I was so worried about my pnuemonia, and now not only this that I'm worried about but also my monthly period too. Though it's haven't started yet but I can feel it is coming anytime/day now. My concern is, I'm having my medical on wednesday and if in case it happen our interview will be automatically moved. :crying::( I wish I know something that can stop or pause it for a while until thursday/friday like what my husband said. Lol. :jest: Now we're worried and feel frustrated cause this. I don't know what to do now but to keep my fingers crossed and hope it won't come out  till I'm done my medical.

Remember. Dont buy airplane tix ahead of time, cuz you never know what delays may occur. The USEM warns about this in the online packet.

yeah, we know this warning...thank you though for reminding, we are not worried about the plane ticket cuz as what american airline says, we can always reschedule our flight free if we needed to...you're right, we never know really when is the hurdle come along...

Filed: K-1 Visa Country: Philippines
Timeline

My fiance and I went to Manila early to avoid this potential problem. We got there 3 days before her normal start date. When asking the medical questions she got confused about her dates and they refused her vaccinations. Just be very clear to them you are on a normal schedule. Since her medical she has passed the interview, recieved her visa and got her CFO sticker. I am going to get her in July and now I have concerns about her POE because of no vaccinations even though its technically not a requirement. We have contacted SLEC many times to try and resolve this, but they still refuse to give them. It really stinks because I already payed for the vacs. I guess before we leave I will go by there again and see if I can pay again to have them done there in the RP so we can eliminate any chance of problems at her POE.

yes i am and i could have done my medical much earlier...but i had pneumonia and diverticulitis so i could not take the medical prior to this date bcoz of the medicines that i was taking for these...also, we were trying to coordinate my husband's arrival and bcoz we plan to run some additional errands while in manila and this was the best dates for my medical considering all factors...
