I'm currently filling out the I-129F form and on question 10 I marked that my citizenship was acquired through Birth in the U.S. Then they ask for the number of certificate, date and place it was issued. I have my birth certificate, but there are several numbers and dates on it. Any advice to know what to put?

It is a vague 2-part question - if your fiancé was a citizen from birth - you do not need to enter a certificate number (the certificate number is in reference to being a US citizen through naturalization - hence a naturalization certificate number).

Thanks for the clarification. My birth certificate doesn't even have a number on it. But they'll be getting a copy anyway.
