I-94w

Hi folks, the names Andy and I despirately seeking help concerning an issue my fiance and I have hit. She is currently filling out the relivant forms, but requires my I-94 number.

I traveled on the Visa waiver program and thus surrendered it almost immediately as I had completed it... Now I'm worried we won't be any way to complete our application.

Would anyone be able to tell me if there is a way to retrieve an I-94 w number as i do not have any record of it in my passport

Hi Andy,

Where does it ask for your I-94 number? I am from Australia also and have visited my other half a dozen times and have never taken any notice of the number. We did not supply it with our application.

If I'm right it asks the petition if fiance is currently in US and visa number. As it is not a visa, it is a visa-waiver, don't see where you would have to supply it.

Someone else may be able to back me up!??

Just re-read our I-129F form. Question 11 asks if your fiance has ever been to US. Question 12 asks IF your fiance is currently in US - please supply I-94 no.

So if you are in Australia its not relevant.

I feel a bit silly now my fiance asked me for this, while I was at LAX and we were both distraught and still are, thanks so much for the relief

I know the feeling; we're so afraid of missing something or making a mistake that we can't think straight. If there wasn't so much as stake we'd probably all be more emotionally/mentally equipped to deal with the forms!!
