help---minor passport if parents are abroad

can some one give me tips pls>> si mama nagapply sa ninang k na may travel agency mama paid 1500 and she told u na maraming requirements like special power of attorney at dapat daw notarized ng consule? and it takes 25 business days to receive.which is in dfa website takes around 14 days max. i got a couple of answers from there sites.. and naguguluhan ako and we are on the last part of her visa application.

another thing i dont understand about the dswd clearance at kailangan lhat ng paperwork statement from us notarized ng US?Philippine consule? what i just had was an ordinary US notary.>>im confused pls help any help is highly appreciated thank u very much

That's right Jonah...kailangan tlga notarized ng Philippine consulate office kung saan k dito sa US...I worked in a travel agency before and that's they usually asked if a minor applies or renew passport in Philippines without the parents...just secured it...

THANK YOU..EVERYONE..THEY ALREADY RECEIVED IT SINCE LAST FRIDAY HAHA THEY RECEIVED TWO PAYMENTS FROM ME ASIDE FROM THE SELF STAMPED ENVELOPE.THE PERSON IN THE DOCUMENTATION OFFICE SAID HE SAW THE PAPERS NA HOWEVER IM STILL SCARED HANGGAT WALA PA UNG PAPERS..HAY TAKE CARE EVERYONE (F)
