CAN WE FILE N400 NOW??

hi guys. i have a question cause there seems to be some confusion on the 90 day rule for n400 application.

my husband and i got married 3/10/06. ive been an LPR since 9/11/06. my 10 yr. greencard expires 02/04/2019.

can we go ahead and apply now???

03/10/06 married my hunny of 8 years

03/17/06 I693 medical exam

---don't know why it took them 3 months to file!?!?!?

06/06/06 Lawyer sent out AOS package

06/22/06 NOAs for I130, I485, I765

07/05/06 Biometrics for I485 & I765

07/18/06 NOA for I485 Initial Interview

08/28/06 EAD arrives

09/11/06 I485 Initial Interview

09/12/06 I485 Approved

09/15/06 Welcome Notice arrives

09/19/06 Welcome Letter arrives

09/21/06 Green card arrives. yahoo!!! but with wrong bday =(

You can/could have applied anytime after 90 days before 9/11/09 if you still have a bonafide marriage.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship
