I-751 question--Need help

Hi,

I filled my I-751 in first week of May. Today I recieved my bio-metric appointment letter and in the case type they have mentioned "I181 Memorandum of creation of record of lawful permanent residence". I am not sure why my biometric letter is saying I181 when I filled for I-751.

I am worried if they have make a mistake and what I need to do now. Do I need to make an infopass before my biometrics. I am moving also and in bewteen this all is making me more worried.

Can someone tell me if they say I181 in case type for everyone or they made a mistake in my case.

What are you removing conditions from - what is your path? My wife came through on a K1 and her biometrics says "I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence"

If that's what you expected - make an infopass and/or tell them to correct it when you go for biometrics. Its possible they mistyped the case type. Good Luck

Mark's said I751 petition to Remove Conditions on Residency.

He came in on a K-1 in December 2006.

-If I were you, I would call the # on the letter and inquire why yours says something different, just to put your mind at rest. :)
