Hello, guys!

Just went back again to hear your 'ol good advices..

I just recently sent our RFE reply to CSC last week.

When I went online and checked it at the USCIS website, it wasn't still updated.

I would just like to know if CSC usually sent a notice that they received the additional evidence that they need?

And for how long will they usually sent those notices?

I just wanna make sure that they already got what they need because I don't wanna go thru another problem again.

It definitely placed a huge stress on us when we redo the whole medical.

I was in the same situation as you, and ended up a nervous wreck because CRIS didn't acknowledge my response to an RFE. As the RFE deadline approached, I got more and more stressed about it. Then, a couple of weeks after I posted that thread, my green card arrived in the mail with no other notice whatsoever and I learned an important lesson that I'd seen written here before a hundred times and always ignored:

1) The lack of any email from CRIS does NOT mean something hasn't happened.

2) CRIS is a very imperfect system and frequently fails to update case status appropriately and/or send appropriate emails.

Don't worry. You only sent it a week ago, it can take a couple of weeks for the status of the case to change to 'resumed' after an RFE. Provided you have Fedex/UPS/USPS delivery confirmation and you know the response was definitely delivered, don't sweat it, you'll be OK.

Hopefully you sent the RFE with some sort of delivery confirmation.

I mail my RFE response JUne 3, uscis recieved it June 5, On June 10 they posted it in the website "Case resume". For now, Im waiting for the next news, hopefully good news.
