starting aGAIN... Help us Please!!

we made a decision that we will refile again another I130 Petition. This time Im going to help my husband preparing all those form required. the problem is when i download the FORM G325A (THE FORM THAT CAUSE US DENIED HECK HECK...) IS ALREADY expired. 05-31-09 ayaW YATA talaga sa akin nitong form na ito....

guys i hope youll help us for starting all over again. i have my strength because I know that God is with us and He sent all of you guys to help and advice us.

Pwede pa po bang idownload itong G325a kahit na expired na.....sa USCIS site ko ito nadownload.

aside from I130 form, G325a for both of us, passport picture, marriage cert., fee, and xerox copy of my husband naturalization cert...did i forget something?? please guide us my fellow Vj.

same date,,got my appointment letter thru email..8:30 pm Phils. tym

12-02-09 to 12-03-2009 medical exam passed!!

01-05-2010-----------interview date

visa approved!!!

01-08-2010----------- VISA RECEIVED 9:45 am via AIR21

01-13-2010----------cfo at katipunan...

01-19-2010----------ARRIVED AT SFO TO SAN JOSE

That is NOT expiration date for the form, that date is for USCIS to review it , ignore the date!!!, download it and use that form, its okay!!!

02-24-2014 USCIS received the I-130 docs


03-17-2014 USCIS approved the petition (took 15 days, weekdays only)


03-25-2014 USCIS shipped the approved case to NVC


04-02-2014 NVC received the papers (6 days from the approval date)


05-01-2014 Got the 2 case numbers. (21 days)


05-07-2014 Got an email & paid the AOS fee (4 days); DS-261(Choice of Agent) sent


05-09-2014 AOS status "PAID" (2 days from the date the was paid)


05-22-2014 AOS docs delivered in NVC


06-27-2014 RFE for I864 and I864A (i left the Place of residence blank, 26 days from the date they received the AOS)

10-14-2014 NBI clearance delivered in USEM


10-06-2014 Visa Issued CEAC


10-09-2014 Got an email that my dad's visa was issued
